Built a solo video production agency
"Holy shit, I can use this to build an entire production agency." Shipped it before he finished the program.
Learn to build with AI for real — not better prompts, actual systems. You get a working AI operating system on your own machine — a team of agents that knows your business — plus the training to tailor it and the skill to build on it forever.
“Holy crap this does SO MUCH”— Steph V.
“This setup is amazing… I'm impressed”— Eric K.
“I can't believe what I'm able to do now.”— RK
You can vibe-code a prototype. You can't vibe-code a system. The demo is forgiving; production is ruthless. AI ships the flashy 80% and skips the 20% that makes it hold up. A prototype has to impress. A system has to work when you're not in the room.
You've got a pile of tools, not a system. Connecting one tool is easy. Wiring agents, context, and guardrails into one thing that runs together — that's the wall. Most people end up with an unmaintainable maze of one-off prompts, none of them talking.
It's confidently wrong just often enough that you can't trust it. Stack Overflow's 2025 survey: the #1 frustration for 66% of ~49,000 developers is AI that's "almost right, but not quite." Without guardrails, you're the guardrail — checking everything by hand.
And "AI has memory now" isn't the memory you need. ChatGPT and Claude remember a few things about you — on their servers, generic by design. A real memory system lives on your machine, learns your business, and stays sharp as it grows. That's the gap between using AI and building with it.
The fix isn't a better prompt or a newer model — the failures aren't model failures, they're context failures. The fix is architecture you own: agents that know your business, hooks that hold your standards, memory that carries across every session.
One command installs it. Everything you build lives inside it.

Company-scale output
Over thirteen years I helped scale three companies and ran the systems behind each — and I sat in the room as we exited: for a million, for fifty million, then for two billion dollars, the biggest sale in my industry's history. I managed teams of over a thousand people. And because it was always someone else's company, I took every knock on the chin — and walked away with almost nothing in the bank to show for it.
When AI broke open in 2023, I went all in. I started where you probably did — a chat window, re-explaining myself every time, watching it hallucinate. So I spent a year and a half studying what the people building these models were actually doing, building and rebuilding until the system just worked. It's the exact system I run my businesses on today — I started Kindling Solutions and crossed seven figures in eighteen months.
For most of my twenties I was financial services — good income, real flexibility, and zero passion. I hated the suit, the 45-minute commute, and watching 60% of everything I sold go to the firm. I wasn't in control of my own destiny. I was building someone else's.
So I left. I learned what no degree teaches — how to talk to CEOs, navigate the politics, find the one constraint that matters, and build systems that scale. And when the markets turned, shares I'd bled for ended up worth pennies on the dollar. Thirteen years in, I had an education worth millions and almost nothing in the bank.
Then my first son was on the way, and I was done working for other people. I'd come to believe something simple: every one of us has a unique value the world is demanding right now — the sum of everything we've lived, learned, and survived. The whole game is finding where what you're great at meets what the world needs. For me, that was AI.
I built the 100x Community to hand you the straightest line to where I am now — the cheat code, minus thirteen years of knocks. So you can go beyond vibe coding, build for scale, and hold your own in any room. Let's build together.
“You've been knocked down and gotten back up… you understand the heart of an entrepreneur… and what makes you ninja level is the technical side — using tools to get through the death valley for way less than hiring 10 people.”
— Ian · 100x memberThe skill is yours forever. It transfers to every business, every product, every project you touch from here.
Agents, memory, and guardrails wired into one thing that runs together — by you.
You build the unglamorous 20% that makes it hold up when you're not in the room.
Enough real fluency to direct engineers, brief a boardroom, or build it yourself.
Each workflow becomes permanent leverage on the same foundation — nothing is throwaway.
A new business, a new product, a new job — the same system boots it in a day.
Not rented, not dependent on a vendor. The capability lives in you, not a SaaS.
Your executive team plus 17 more — on retainer, on your machine.
SEO, copywriting, financial modeling, cold email, pricing, ads — playbooks your agents run.
It stops re-introducing itself every session. It knows your business.
Plugs into Notion, monday, Stripe, GitHub, Chrome, image gen — the tools you already use.
Installed, not assembled — via a private GitHub repo.

"Now my agents do everything I was going to give her — and I keep the margin. 10x the client roster with the same set of hands."
"Three offers before I finished Session 5. They didn't want my resume — they wanted what they'd seen me build."
Everybody's vibe coding right now. You want to separate yourself from that pack — because a system that scales is what's on the far side of vibe coding. You're not an engineer — and you don't need to be. If you can copy-paste a command and follow along, we teach you the rest, terminal included. And you want the skill to be yours: not rented, not dependent on anyone.
If that's you, this works.
Taught by your built-in AI instructor, at your pace, inside your own system. Type /teach-me and go.
Set up your AI's memory. By the end, the system knows you — no more starting from zero.
Plug in your real stack — Notion, monday, Stripe, GitHub, your inbox. Chat window → infrastructure.
Plan before Claude builds, delegate big jobs, set its permissions, keep costs sane.
Your highest-priority workflow ships — in production, doing real work.
Pressure-test, scope your next three builds, lock the meta-skill: using Claude to keep teaching you Claude.
The Week 1 playbook + the 53-slide guide — setup and reference, yours forever.
/teach-me — your built-in instructor, on demand, at your pace.
The Skool community — plus 1-on-1s with Jason when you want them.
And it doesn't end at graduation. Every workflow you add becomes permanent leverage — yours, on your machine, not rented from a SaaS. The community keeps you moving; a 1-on-1 is there when you need Jason directly. You own the system. You own the skill. You own the compounding.
This isn't a course someone sketched out — it's the exact system I run my businesses on, based on everything I learned over 17 years leading systems, people and operations with 3 exits over $2B. This is beyond vibe coding — no "tech bro" hype — powering you to build for scale.
Just want to tell you how slick this aiOS is. I am having a blast with it. Install went sweet as pie, no hiccups. Thanks again so much.
So stoked to be here - let's get it started!
Loving the system so far… working my way through training but it's really valuable already
Dude, this is so awesome. It's really cool to see how far I've come and how much this program has helped already. Makes a big difference doing a bunch of stuff in the weeds on my own and then poking my head out to see what I should actually be doing.
Courses teach prompts. This teaches you to build with Claude Code — your own agents, hooks running guardrails in the background, a real memory of your business, custom skills. You leave a builder, not a better prompter.
Yes. If you can copy-paste a command and follow a guide, you're technical enough — we walk you through everything from opening the terminal on up. What you need is the willingness to build, not watch.
You own it. The OS is a one-time $897 — installed on your machine, no subscription, no lock-in. A full year in the 100x Community on Skool comes with it; after that it's $76/mo if you stay. You can also join the community on its own for $76/mo, without the OS.
Whatever you most need solved right now — pipeline automation, content, support triage, reporting, anything. Your built-in AI instructor walks you through building it across the 5 sessions. It's running by Session 4.
Week 1: a few hours to install. The 5 sessions: your pace — an hour here and there. After that: you own it, so there's no clock.
$897, one-time — you own the OS, no subscription. A full year in the 100x Community comes with it: at $76/mo, that's $912 of membership on a $897 system. After the first year, $76/mo. The community is also open on its own at $76/mo, if you'd rather start there.
Own it forever — no subscription, no lock-in.
